Indra Sen Singh is an accomplished VP of Engineering with over 16 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of directing and managing project development from beginning to end, defining project goals and deliverables, and effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Indra is an expert in developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and drafting and submitting budget proposals. He is responsible for the overall systems development life cycle for Java and J2EE applications and has experience in process implementation and CMMi Level 3, 4, and 5 compliance audits. Indra is a strategic thinker who can develop long-term strategies for his programs and translate them into achievable road maps and action plans. He is adept at managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment and mentoring and enhancing the engineering team to maintain a best-of-class team. Indra has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of quality standards and processes for a SEI CMMi Level 5, ISAE-3402, and ISO-27001.
